Project Details

 

📘  Project Description : –

The client—a service-based business—was generating leads through multiple third-party form builders like Jotform, Cognito Forms, and Paperform.

However, due to iframe-based embedding and lack of proper event tracking:

  • Conversions were underreported
  • Ad optimization was unreliable
  • No visibility into lead quality or source

We implemented a complete form tracking solution via GTM, using custom event listeners, webhook integrations, and dataLayer pushes to ensure every form submission is tracked accurately—even across embedded and external environments.
